This role is responsible for processing transactions within Capital Markets Operations. This role supports the SBA Loan Trading Line of Business within Truist Bank. Major responsibilities include working on core operational tasks including reviewing SBA Loan documents, keying SBA trade information, working closely with Front Office and Operations partners to ensure proper structuring of Loan trades.

This role is responsible for processing transactions within Capital Markets Operations. This role supports the SBA Loan Trading Line of Business  within Truist Bank.   Major responsibilities include working on core operational tasks including reviewing SBA Loan documents, keying SBA trade information, working closely with Front Office and Operations partners to ensure proper structuring of Loan trades. The ideal candidate will have ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work on numerous items at one time. Ability to enter data correctly and efficiently is essential. Additional responsibilities include internal coordination and communication with clients, Line of Business teammates and other areas associated with STRH. Strong communications skills are a must since this position interacts with all levels of internal and external clients Attention to detail, time management and problem solving skills are essential.

Basic Requirements:

BS/BA College Degree

Preferred:

• FINRA Series 7 or 99 licensed; equivalent certification for loan processing

• Knowledge of brokerage systems or operations

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel

• 3-5 post college work experience in financial industry

• Prior experience in bank or brokerage operations with ability to show increased level of responsibility
